NURIA PARDILLO
Nuria Pardillo is a member of Sociedad Española de Dietética y Nutrición (Spanish Dietetics and Nutrition Society), the Vocalía de Alimentación del Colegio de Farmacéuticos de Madrid (Madrid Pharmaceutical Association Food Council) and The Sociedad Española de Nutrición Parenteral y Enteral (Spanish Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition). She has an MS Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and specialised through the faculty’s Health Care Department in Dietetics and Nutrition. She is an advisor in Nutrition and Dietetic issues for various companies such as Campofrío, Leche Pascual S.A., Danone, etc.
She collaborates in various TV programs, and has her own section, “La Alimentación Inteligente” (Eating Intelligently) on TVE, works for radio channels such as Cadena Ser, Radio Callao and Radio Continental and writes for magazines such as CocinaSemanal, Centramarket Alimentación y Nutrición and Prevenir.
She works giving lectures and Master Degree courses for Medicine and Chemistry Faculties in Madrid and Granada, and gives various primary health care specialisation courses for post-graduate students and professionals. She has given talks for housewives and highschool students and also collaborates with the Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación (Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food).
